Reports to: VP & General Counsel

Alliance Industries Inc. is growing our in-house legal team and seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support a wide range of strategic and operational legal initiatives across the Aii Group of companies.

This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a dynamic, high-ownership environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of law, including contracts, corporate governance, IP, real estate, M&A, and litigation.

?? What You'll Do

• Review, administer, and manage the contract lifecycle
• Organize and maintain legal documents (Word/Windchill)
• Support company-wide legal and risk-related projects
• Prepare and manage corporate records, filings, and entity documentation
• Support due diligence and data room management for acquisitions and other transactions
• Assist with intellectual property documentation and communications
• Contribute to policy development and implementation
• Support claims, disputes, and litigation activities
• Take on additional duties as assigned

?? What You Bring

• Bachelor's or associate degree in paralegal studies (paralegal certification a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in corporate law, contracts, litigation, or IP
• Experience supporting real estate, M&A, or other growth-related initiatives
• Strong problem-solving ability and sound legal judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and levels
• Contract lifecycle experience, including drafting and negotiation
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and comfort using legal tech/AI tools
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
