Summary

The Ash Group is hiring a Wireless Construction Manager (Tower) for our client, a world-renowned telecommunications company providing the technology and equipment that enables global mobile connectivity and 4G/5G networks. This is a 12-18-month contract offering a pay rate of 55.00 per hour based on skillset.

Role Details

• Compensation: $55.00 per hour.

• Duration: 12-18 month contract.
• Location: Athens, OH (Hybrid)

What You'll Be Doing

• Review and analyze site performance metrics, including but not limited to, cycle time, close out package (COP) first time right, (Job Hazard Assessment) JHA compliance, build quality, and customer specific requirements.
• Based on site review and analysis, identify Supplier performance areas in need of improvement, provide feedback on site performance metrics to Territory Director and Suppliers, and partner with Suppliers to correct, adapt, and respond to the feedback.
• Engage with suppliers on-site to conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies, troubleshoot problems, and ensure that Suppliers correct real-time discrepancies related to safety and construction.
• Review and evaluate market-level on-site requests, such as supporting customer meets, site access, and validating construction drawings, to support in project completion.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5+ years as a Wireless Construction Manager focused on tower work.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with providing design solutions and guidance on order of operations.
• Strong knowledge of general construction processes & procedures.
• Experience in managing and directing general contractor suppliers, construction scope estimation, etc. (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, Maintenance Work).
