Papa John's - 246 Pike Street - Responsibilities: Supervise shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Papa Johns restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability; Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all aspects of the restaurant including making quality products for our customers; Respond to all customer concerns or issues Professionally and promptly; Communicate, train and promote quality standards to team members using Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook; Contribute to sales goals by providing prompt and friendly customer service and building check averages through team member product training and sales execution
