Accountabilities

- Lead customer implementations as the project clinical lead.
- Analyze clinical workflows and optimize for better patient outcomes.
- Gather detailed requirements from customers through remote analysis.
- Develop customer-specific user adoption strategies and best practices.
- Support product training and implementation through various methods.
- Drive gap analysis between current and future state workflows.
