Responsibilities for an Associate Consumer Experience Director include but are not limited to:

• Analyze Voice-of-the-Customer data, surveys, market trends, and operational insights to identify consumer experience improvement opportunities and define success metrics.
• Design and optimize end-to-end consumer journeys across digital and phone channels to ensure seamless and consistent customer interactions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align business strategies with consumer-centric initiatives and operational priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and develop journey maps, process flows, and experience documentation to support implementation and stakeholder alignment.

Candidates for Associate Consumer Experience Director must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Proven experience in consumer experience design, UX research, experience strategy, or experience architecture.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience with business process modeling, workflow mapping, and experience visualization tools.
• Demonstrated project management and change management experience in cross-functional environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Pay Details: $37.19 per hour
