Join Our Team as a Construction Estimator (Hybrid) Alan Stone Co., Inc. is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team in Williamstown, WV. As a hybrid position, you will have the opportunity to work both in person and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance. Join us in our mission to deliver high-quality highway, street, and bridge construction services to clients in Ohio and West Virginia. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for DOT and Commercial construction projects Conduct take-offs and create pre-construction budgets Develop punch out lists and manage civil construction projects Review and process change orders and submittals Collaborate with project teams on preconstruction activities Required Skills: Experience in structural design and building construction Proficiency with Bluebeam or other takoff software Knowledge of scope development and request for information processes Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documentation Strong background in bidding and project controls Nice to Have Skills: Experience with CAD software Previous work with construction documentation Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $47,740.00 Maximum Salary: $96,840.00 Health, life, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Flexible schedules and vacation leave Holiday pay and paid time off Company vehicle provided Company Information: Alan Stone Co., Inc. specializes in highway, street, and bridge construction, offering services such as foundation construction, municipal projects, excavation, stabilization, bridge replacement, site development, and mine reclamation for clients in Ohio and West Virginia.
