This role reports to the Director or Sr. Director, Client Management in the CDB Client Services department. It is responsible for working with Associate Account Manager and external team to support all small group business inquiries. The role is responsible for reviewing member claims, determining allowable reimbursements based off IRS guidance within 48 hours. Works with Finance on all financial aspects of the business. Reviews client specific issues and opportunities, identifies solutions, and leads to resolution by collaborating with other operational areas or outside vendors.
