Description:
This position involves providing physical therapy services in a home health setting.
Therapists will treat patients with various conditions, including general orthopedic issues, generalized weakness, and cardiac rehabilitation.
The therapist will be responsible for performing evaluations and creating treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
On average, the therapist will see 5-6 patients per day.
As part of the role, therapists will be required to travel to multiple counties.
Self-scheduling is allowed, enabling therapists to manage their appointments effectively.
There are no weekend or holiday requirements for this position.
The dress code includes navy scrubs or khaki bottoms with a navy polo.
Candidates should be willing to learn and adapt to new documentation systems.
