Setting: Long-Term Care Facility

Employment Type: PRN or Contract

Pay Rate: $40/hr

Schedule: PRN shifts available

Start Date: As soon as credentialing is completed

Employment Status: W2 Employee

Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of West Virginia required

Minimum 1 year long-term care experience required

Current CPR certification required

Updated TB test required

Ability to perform physical job duties including assisting residents as needed

Strong attention to detail and medication administration skills

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician

Maintain accurate documentation of medications, treatments, and resident care

Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life

Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines

Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
