Staff.Net Engineer

We're seeking multiple hands-on Staff.Net Engineers to work on high-scale, cloud-native applications. You'll shape architecture, guide senior engineers, and drive standards across teams while staying close to the code.

Must Have Skills: Blazor, JSON, Docker, AWS, Entity Framework and hands-on coding

Responsibilities:

• Own technical success of your product area, architecture, quality, and delivery outcomes
• Lead design of scalable, secure, and reliable distributed systems
• Write production code for complex features and critical components
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and architecture guidance
• Partner with product and design to translate requirements into pragmatic technical solutions
• Drive best practices in testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence
• Drive architecture and delivery for.NET solutions across teams.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in.NET systems development, analysis, and testing; including distributed systems.
• 5+ years architecting enterprise applications with Microsoft.NET Core (7 or 8).
• Strong expertise in cloud architectures (AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Proficient in relational database design and performance optimization.
• Proven track record influencing multi-team technical direction and delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
