- About 100 servers and databases

- 90% DB2 on AIX, 10% DB2 on Linux in Azure

- DB2 versions 10.1, 10.5, 11.1, 11.5,

- Demand can fluctuate depending on project work

- Percentage ticket vs project work (25% to 75%)

- After hours support is needed (Need to be on call)

- Create new databases, upgrades, configure security standards, verify backups

- Perform restores

- Performance monitoring & troubleshooting

- Expected US Hours

- DB2 TSA/Pacemaker High Availability Skill Set is needed

- Understanding of DB2 security model

- 25 ticket requests per month

- Clear Communicator

- Can work with US data
