Physical Therapist needed in Parkersburg, WV for a patient focused assignment. You will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, and overall functional independence. Caseload may include post op and orthopedic patients, neuro conditions, general deconditioning, and geriatric needs depending on the setting. You will create individualized plans of care, provide therapeutic exercise and functional training, recommend and train on assistive devices, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe discharge planning and measurable outcomes.

Active PT license required (WV)BLS preferred (facility dependent)Recent experience in the applicable setting preferred (inpatient, outpatient, SNF, home health, or rehab)Comfortable with evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, and patient and caregiver educationAbility to manage a full caseload and meet productivity and documentation standardsMust be able to pass background, drug screen, and complete all facility compliance items on timeFlexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed
