Kreamy Kreations Hand-Dipped Ice Cream is looking for a Team Member. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by making menu items to fulfill orders, processing payments, handling customer questions or concerns in a professional and positive manner and maintaining a clean, organized shop.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfills customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Processes customer payments via cash or electronic methods.
• Maintains a clean and organized shop by assisting with routine cleaning duties (trash removal, sweeping, mopping, etc.) as assigned.
• Restocks supplies and displays as needed.
• Assists customers by providing information, answering questions and handling concerns in a professional and positive manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Great customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for 4-8 hours.
• Flexible schedule - available to work during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and multi-task.
