The Role
This role is pivot to our Client engagement strategy, impact assessing the feasibility of milestones to Client contractual agreements. As the Lead you will work across all industry sectors and professions ensuring a consistent methodology and approach. He/she will be expected to:
Strategic Leadership:
Developing and implementing delivery assurance strategies and frameworks to ensure successful project execution
Providing leadership and guidance to delivery teams
Aligning delivery processes with overall business objectives
Delivery Oversight:
Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT system integration projects
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Managing risks and issues associated with project delivery
Working closely with the Account Lead(s) to identify and execute remediation plans for turnaround projects.
Quality Assurance:
Establishing and maintaining quality assurance processes and standards
Conducting periodic QA of the Top 20 programmes and providing Exec level dashboard status reporting on these programmes
Monitoring project performance and identifying areas for improvement
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Ensuring client satisfaction with project delivery - NPS Scores
Managing client expectations and addressing any concerns
Team Management:
Practice Management for Complex Project Managers
Recruiting, training, and managing the team
Fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
Mentoring and developing team members
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluating and improving delivery processes
Implementing best practices and industry standards
Driving innovation
