Job Title: Field Marketing Intern

Position Overview:
This role will support the Field Marketing team by helping execute sales meetings, assisting regional field teams, and providing day-to-day coordination across field marketing activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to how marketing and sales work together by supporting event/meeting logistics, regional meeting preparation, simple presentation formatting, and basic administrative tasks. This is a practical, execution-focused role ideal for someone interested in learning how field marketing brings programs to life and supports sales teams at the national and regional level.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Field Marketing team with coordination and logistics for sales meetings and regional activities.

• Provide administrative support for regional sales and field marketing led meetings (agenda prep, note-taking, tracking follow-ups).

• Assist with presentation preparation, including simple formatting and organization.

• Help with basic operations, such as organizing materials, tracking shipments, and supporting on-site needs when applicable.
• Support day-to-day team coordination tasks to keep field programs running smoothly.

Education and Experience

Pursuing a BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Event Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, dependability, and strong follow-through
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual and office setting
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable using basic business and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, email)
• Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel up to five times over the summer to support sales meetings and field marketing events (pending company/government policy)

Preferred Skills/Competencies:

• Prior coursework or experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, or Event Support
• Comfortable communicating professionally with sales and marketing stakeholders
• Experience with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint formatting, slide organization; Excel familiarity is a plus)
• Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks, shows pride in work, and remains flexible with changing priorities or schedules
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across teams and cross-functional partners
• Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance, especially when supporting meetings or events
