This effort is focused on improving internal systems, streamlining workflows, and enhancing how business requirements are gathered and translated into actionable deliverables.
They are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join the team in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technical resources to gather requirements, develop user stories, and support delivery across ongoing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, forward-thinking, and comfortable leveraging modern tools - including AI - to improve how requirements are documented and translated from discussions into clear, actionable work items.
This position requires candidates to be able to work onsite in Rocky Mount, NC on a hybrid basis.
