Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity
Job Location: Washington, WV
Shift: Monday - Friday (Day Shift; specific hours determined upon hire)
Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Overview/Summary:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating office activities and daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. This role provides critical administrative support to site leadership, supervisors, and internal teams, while also maintaining communication with external partners.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform routine clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Create, edit, and format documents such as correspondence, memos, and spreadsheets
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
  • Handle administrative requests and inquiries from senior managers
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Support daily office operations and coordination activities
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Organization Relationships:

This role works closely with On-Board PMO Site Supervisors, Site Administration, Customer Site Leadership, On-Board PMO Operators, and External Partners.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit as needed throughout the day
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (up to 55 pounds maximum)
  • Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
