We offer a weekly draw to support consistent income and monthly commission payouts based on your performance.Job DetailsSalary: From $40,000 to $120,000 per yearJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Athens, OH 45701Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in the showroom, on the lot, and through phone, text, or email communications.Assess customer needs to match them with suitable Hyundai models.Explain vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and financing options clearly.Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Hyundai models, trims, and technologies.Conduct high-quality test drives and demonstrations for customers.Follow up promptly and consistently with leads using CRM tools.Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and paperwork.Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores.Participate in ongoing training, product launches, and team meetings.Maintain professionalism, dealership appearance standards, and adhere to Hyundai brand guidelines.Benefits401K matching programHealth and dental insurance reimbursementPaid vacation timeFive-day work weekAll Sundays off

Job Requirements:
QualificationsHigh energy with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Exceptional attention to detail in paperwork and customer communication.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to quickly learn and retain product and process information.Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated and eager to succeed in a commission-based role.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
