A company is looking for a Therapy Access Intake Specialist (Contractor).Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily data entry requirements and intake process for new and existing patientsOversee daily operations of incoming document fax server and file documentation within the CRM systemDocument all interactions into the CRM system in accordance with Quality Assurance/Regulatory and HIPAA guidelinesRequired Qualifications and EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferredMinimum 1 year of experience within the healthcare industry focused on administrative/clerical responsibilitiesStrong organizational skillsComputer competency including MS Office, Google, and CRM systemsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
