We're Hiring: HR Business Partner

In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to both leaders and employees—driving initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance the employee experience, and support key organizational goals. You'll help shape workforce strategy, coach managers, champion development, and ensure we continue building a positive, compliant, high-performance environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead core HR programs: compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, and employee relations
• Partner with business unit leaders on staffing, retention, and workforce planning
• Drive onboarding, training, development, and annual performance reviews
• Serve as the go-to expert for HR policy, compliance, and best practices
• Use HR metrics & insights to guide smarter decisions
• Foster a fair, safe, and people-centered workplace

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws + HR best practices
• Proven success supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships at every level
• SHRM/PHR certifications are a plus
