Advise prospective and current students and parents through in-person and virtual appointments and correspond daily by phone and email. Serve as part of the Client Services team supporting outreach to students and mass communications. Assist with materials preparation for recruitment and yield events, and serve as primary advisor serving orientation programs. Assist with administrative process overflow. Process various financial aid reports and complete accurate and timely PeopleSoft updates accordingly. Position Profile Provides financial aid counseling to applicants, students, and parents and assists with financial aid applications. Analyzes financial needs and eligibility for financial aid. Makes decisions to award funds to students eligible for scholarships, grants, and work-study programs. Ensures the effective and compliant processing of student financial aid applications.
