Ohio Athletics is seeking a graduate assistant to assist with the development of a highly competitive Womens Cross Country and Track & Field program along with developing student-athletes as a person, student, and athlete. Primary responsibilities - Assist in the instruction, management, and teaching of student-athletes. - Assist with the development of and execution of meet/practice plans, coaching strategies, and teaching methods. - Assist with recruitment activities. - Assist with aspects of team travel. - Breakdown of team and opponent video. - Other duties as assigned.
