The Senior Enrollment Advisor Team Lead serves as a senior member of the enrollment advising team and plays a key leadership role in supporting institutional enrollment goals. This position is responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of Enrollment Advisors, ensuring high-quality prospective student engagement, and optimizing enrollment strategies. The Team Lead carries a reduced individual enrollment caseload while serving as a subject matter expert, technical resource, and point of escalation for complex student cases requiring advanced judgment, strategic problem-solving, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. This position collaborates cross-functionally and represents the Enrollment Team in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including OHIO Online leadership, functional units, graduate program leadership, faculty, and administrators.
