Job Details

Responsible for the development, communication, execution, and deviations of the unit operational plan (integrated production & maintenance schedules) that is coordinated in a manner to support efficient manufacturing and meet demand forecast. Ensure that all resources (labor, equipment and materials) are available to meet production schedule. Manages the timeline and decisions related to planned start-up/shutdown of assets and any production schedule changes attributed to unplanned downtime. Translate unit strategy into operating plan, including achieving cost per unit objective. Drive development and engagement of CORE Team members. Create and lead employee development plans for respective team members (schedulers & maintenance team members). Develop and ensure the execution of the unit's production plan/schedule to meet business objectives (see KPIs below).
