The Events, Outreach, and Recruitment Coordinator directly supports the overall Career Services outreach and strategy. They will be responsible for the planning and execution of all Career Services events, including two large campus wide career fairs, a number of niche fairs and other professional development and networking opportunities for students and alumni. This role will coordinate logistics and create schedules for employer campus visits, oversee Career Services space reservations, manage the inventory of event materials and promotional materials, and create unique marketing plans to reach all Ohio University students, alumni and employers. This role also oversees Handshake operations, including the review of employers requesting to recruit at Ohio University, reviewing job submissions from recruiters, creating employer profiles, approving/declining requests, monitoring employer accounts, and/or editing employer roles on Handshake.
