Job Details

Ability to use measurement instruments to check work. Adjusts and notifies Tooling personnel the need for more complex machine adjustments. Removes parts from the press. Loads and removes inserts in the mold ("change over") and inspects parts. Performs all duties of a Packer when necessary. Packs plastic containers and lids of various sizes into sleeves and boxes per packing specifications. Grinds scrap material out of sleeves when needed. Ability to accurately read and operate machine's computer console. Responsible for the overall continuing manufacturing process. Set up and install mold bases. Completes all paperwork as required. Ability to use and understand Insight and Gainseeker. Responsible for hourly retain rack checks. Verifies the quality of the product and reports issues to QC. Housekeeping as needed.
