[AR Specialist / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $25.00 to $30.00-hr / Flexible schedule - As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at WHY Inc., you will: Manage and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions; Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices and ensure timely payments; Resolve billing discrepancies and issues with clients in a professional and timely manner; Prepare and reconcile monthly AR reports for management review; Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing; Utilize accounting software and systems to track and manage accounts receivable; Complete other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
