Position: Project Manager – Power Distribution ProductsLocation: Marietta, OHDuration: Full time, Direct HireSalary: Starts at $120,000 annually and may be higher depending on experience.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead custom power distribution equipment projects from initial sales opportunity through final shipment and project closeout. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, customer communication, scheduling, and execution for engineered-to-order electrical equipment projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from requirements capture through engineering, procurement, production, testing, shipment, and closeoutServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with sales, application engineering, design engineering, supply chain, production, quality, and logistics teamsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor critical milestonesEstablish realistic delivery timelines based on material availability and production capacityLead project kickoff meetings and maintain action item trackingManage customer change requests, engineering changes, and schedule impactsCoordinate factory acceptance tests (FATs), documentation packages, and shipment readinessIdentify project risks early and drive proactive resolutionMaintain accurate project reporting, schedule tracking, and on-time delivery metricsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, electrical equipment, or electromechanical environmentExperience managing engineered-to-order or custom manufacturing projectsStrong understanding of project scheduling, order management, and long-lead material coordinationAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specificationsExperience collaborating with engineering, supply chain, production, and quality teamsProficiency with ERP systems and project scheduling tools such as MS Project or SmartsheetExcellent communication, organizational, and customer management skillsAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience with power distribution equipment such as switchgear, PDCs, RPPs, STS, or UPS systemsPMP certification or active pursuit of certificationFamiliarity with UL, NEC, ANSI, or related electrical industry standardsExperience coordinating FATs and customer witness testingLean manufacturing or Six Sigma experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceComprehensive benefits packageCareer growth opportunities within a growing manufacturing organizationCollaborative and fast-paced work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
