Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Type of Position: Home Health Physical Therapist Number of openings: 1 How many weeks: 13 Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
