Aya Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Support therapists' daily patient care and therapy activities; Prepare and transport patients according to the patient schedule; Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety and deliver patient-centered treatment; Communicate to therapists on outcomes/observations of patient care activities; Help to transfer patients to and from facility via the facility van and assist in maintenance of the van when complete
