Help prepare and serve meals. Wash trays, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils. Clean kitchen and kitchen equipment. Clean kitchen windows defrost refrigerator and freezer, and clean them as often as needed. Clean floors and shelves in storage room. Properly rotate and store purchased and donated foods keeping the oldest foods in front. Works required eight (8) hours as set by the Tyler County Board of Education. Be interested in the school and student welfare. Attend Food Handler's School leading to a valid Food Handler's card. Cooperate with school staff, and be responsive to suggestions from the principal, county, and state supervisors. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the principal and Food Service Director, and other county and state supervisors.
