Location: 620 Cross Keys Road, Sicklerville, New Jersey, 08081Position Overview Flow Inventory Associate – responsible for maintaining CarMax's vehicle inventory and enhancing the customer experience in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, ensuring display areas are clean and organized.Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.Execute photo station process for carmax.com listings.Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.High school diploma or equivalent; work experience preferred.Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.Benefits Hourly rate: $20.35 – $28.38.Paid sick, vacation, and holiday time for eligible associates.Full‑time salary associates receive paid time away for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, and floating holidays (subject to manager approval).Additional benefits and details available on the CarMax Benefits website.Equal Opportunity Employer CarMax is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
