Job Description

Assists the head of the school restaurant in meal preparation and service. Ensures compliance with dietary and hygiene rules. Participates in certain municipal receptions such as buffets and wine receptions.

Required Profile

1. Main activities - Help in the preparation of balanced menus in compliance with regulations. Culinary preparations. Service in the dining room (especially hot dishes). Cleaning and maintenance of the workstation and tools. 2. Secondary activities - Service at buffets and wine receptions.

CV and cover letter. It is possible to recruit for this position a person who is not a laureate of a public service competition, as one of the grades indicated is an entry-level grade of category C which allows direct recruitment without competition.

Special Conditions of Employment

Positions open for the following grades of the Territorial Public Service: Technical Assistant, First Class Technical Assistant Principal, Second Class Technical Assistant Principal.

Legal Basis

Art. L332-14 of the general code of public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position while waiting for the recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract may not exceed one year, renewable for a total duration of 2 years.
