Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Call: Tuesday and Wednesday 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; no call on Thursday; call response time 20 minutes
Setting: Solo provider coverage
Travel and Lodging: Travel support is available based on provider availability
EMR: Epic

Position Overview
CRNA coverage for daytime cases with limited call coverage needsSolo coverage environmentProficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals requiredCase logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Required Qualifications
CRNAActive, unrestricted West Virginia licenseVaccination required; religious and medical exemptions accepted (site specific)Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
