We are a locally owned and operated home care company known for our exceptional team culture. We're looking for someone who is organized, confident, quick-thinking, and a true people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage
- Create strong caregiver/client matches
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and our office team
- Quickly problem-solve call-offs and scheduling changes
- Monitor our live schedule and assist with daily office operations
- Participate in an on-call rotation outside normal office hours
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A confident problem-solver who can make decisions independently
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
