Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $33.00 per hour

Shift:

40 hours/week

What's a typical day as Buyer? You'll be:

• Receiving and entering purchase order data into spreadsheets for accurate record-keeping

• Opening sales orders for all purchase orders received in NAV

• Submitting quote requests and securing the best pricing for materials

• Creating and reviewing purchase requisitions for accuracy and completion

• Placing orders for requisitioned items to ensure timely procurement

• Reconciling open order reports for weekly update meetings with customers and the manufacturing planner

• Answering phones and providing information using strong customer service skills for both internal and external customers

• Providing daily updates on shipped orders

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have prior experience in data entry, procurement, or purchasing roles (must have)

• Are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills (must have)

• Possess excellent customer service and communication abilities (must have)

• Are proficient with spreadsheet software and order management systems, such as NAV (preferred)

• Are available to work 40 hours per week with no overtime required
