Job Details

About who needs care: Currently he has no type of structure to his day. He has been diagnosed with dementia and is on medication, but has no other health issues. He loves watching western movies and spending time with his dog (very friendly)
About the care needs: Because of my job, I travel out of town several times a month. I would like to have someone check on him while I am out of town. Verify he is taking his medicine and eating like he should. A few hours each day to assure he is ok. His memory with certain things is nit good, but he tries to be as independent as possible.
Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
