NOW HIRING: FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Pay: $14–$15/hr

Location: Parkersburg, WV

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (1-hour lunch)

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist for a local property management office! This person will be the first point of contact for residents, property owners, vendors, applicants, and visitors, so professionalism and great customer service are a must.

Job Duties:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet visitors and assist residents and applicants
• Process rental applications and accept rent payments
• Prepare bank deposits and handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with resident account, payment, and online portal questions
• Provide administrative support to the leasing and management teams
• Help keep the office organized and welcoming
• Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, positive attitude
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable
• Comfortable learning and using computer software and technology
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
