Church Size: 150-200

Job Description: Part-Time: 10-12 hrs a week

Leading the Sunday Gathering team (worship, music and weekend experiences)

• Lead Monthly (or as needed) team meetings
• Participate in the vision / implementation of the Gathering strategy
• Evaluating the progress in accomplishing goals set by the Gathering Team and Leadership Team

Assist the Sr. Pastor in Leading Worship

• Planning and involvement in Sunday Morning Worship
• Leading the Congregation in prayer and other liturgies as needed
• Innovative and creative us of musical arts

Direct and Champion the Music Ministry

Develop new Music Talent

• Lead Congregational Singing for Spiritual Formation
• Select Music, songs and special music for gathering and especial events
• Coordinate Volunteers for additional music growth
• Participate in Staffing meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• Personal commitment to Jesus and the health of the church
• Passion for Ministry and Making Disciple.
• Demonstrate ability to train and develop musical talent and skill iwht at leas one instrument
• High School Diploma, College classes and degree are preferred
• Complete background check and annual Safe Sanctuary Training
