Washington Electric Cooperative, Inc. (WEC), a not-for-profit electric distribution cooperative in Marietta, Ohio, seeks candidates for part-time position of Member Services Representative.
The member services representative assists with member consumer billing, applies payments, balances with appropriate accounts, and responds to member needs related to billing, energy use, and member programs.
Minimum of five years’ experience in customer service is required. Associate’s degree preferred. Additional training in billing, accounting, and data processing is recommended. Must be experienced with Windows and Microsoft Office programs.
Additional requirements include the ability to communicate effectively and to resolve customer inquiries. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record, and conform to the cooperative’s drug-free workplace policy.
