Busy Marketing Firm seeking an Office Manager / Project Coordinator. Must be able to organize, delegate and manage multiple projects at the same time. Exceptional communication skills required. Must be fluent in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Must have an outgoing personality and proven work ethic.
Duties include but not limited to answering phones, developing spreadsheets, clerical, small deliveries, ordering supplies and project delegation.
