Description:

Qualifications:

Minimum of bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree from an accredited college or university in audiology, child and family studies, child development, child life, counseling, education, hearing and speech sciences, human development, human ecology, human social services, medicine, nursing, nutrition science, occupational therapy, ophthalmology, optometry, physician's assistant, physical therapy, psychology, rehabilitation, social work, or speech/language pathology; or

(b) Holds a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree from an accredited college or university in any field and has at least three years of verified full-time (or equivalent part-time) supervised, paid experience in supervision, case management, early intervention service coordination, and/or working with children birth through age five with disabilities, developmental delays, or diagnosed physical or mental conditions that have a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay and their families;

Duties include:

  • Program leadership and staff management
  • Individual reflective supervision and staff meetings
  • Quality assurance and reporting
  • Administration and financial management
  • Coordination/delivery of professional development
  • Policy development
  • Regularly monitoring service delivery data and reviewing files
  • Grant and Data management
  • Participate in annual performance review
  • Implement parent satisfaction survey
  • Assure adherence to Part C IDEA and DODD requirements and rules
  • Participation in the local Early Intervention Team
